The room was very clean and it was good enough for what I paid. The area was very quiet, too.

Everything was awesome except...........
This property was only less than 10 mins walk from the Busan station. This hotel was super clean because it's still very new. The rooms are beautiful and the staff were very accommodating.
I loved everything about this property and I would have given a better rating if it wasn't for the incident that happened to my cousins room. We had a total of 5 rooms booked 4 of us were on the 8th floor whiley cousin was on the 10th floor. It was around midnight that a man entered her room with a keycard. Luckily she was by the door trying to figure out the air conditioner. She heard the mechanic of the lock unlocking and a man opened the door and she yelled "wait"! And he apologized and walked away. We went down to the front desk right away and told the person who happens to be the owner of the hotel. He apologized and said it was a staff trying to deliver towels. But she never requested towels. And why are you delivering at midnight? He said his system shows no one was in the room at that time. Side bar in order for your room to have working lights and air conditioner you need to put your keycard in this slot. The owner was saying that that key wasn't in the slot so he thought no one was in the room. So basically he is saying there's glitch in the system. After all said and down my cousin did not feel safe and so he refunded her room and she stayed with the rest of the group. He was really apologetic and he wasn't fighting us on what we wanted and that was the refund.
